Returns

All our products are sold with a 1-year AudioJamOnline.com or manufacturer Warranty.

Our return policy is 14 days from the receiving date. To return your merchandise you will have to request a RMA No. (Return Merchandise Number) by clicking on the following link. Or calling us at 302-224-4996

Once the RMA is accepted we will provide you a Return Authorization Label. Please make sure you printed and attached the label to the returned merchandise.

Once we received your merchandise you will receive full refund, not including return shipping within 48 hours.

AudioJamOnline.com will not refund or replace the merchandise in the following cases:

• The product has major physical damage, dents or scratches made by the customer.
• The product is water damaged.
• The product was installed incorrectly which produced a shortage.
• The product is not including anymore the original box, accessories, remote, manual etc.
• The product was a special order requested by the customer
